From the Mouths of Babes

I had a conversation with my 7 year old niece about Christmas the other day. She asked me what my husband, Dan, wanted for Christmas.

“Peace on Earth” I replied. This was followed by a brief discussion of what peace on earth means.

“It means that everyone in the world gets along. There are no fights or wars. Everyone is happy and working together.”

There was a ponderous sigh.

“What? You don’t think that could happen?” I asked.

“Well, Santa is only one person” she replied.
